What I do with your email, and what I don't.

I'm Alex. BetterDads is mine, run from Bowral in New South Wales. This is the whole privacy policy, written plain.

What I collect. Your email address, when you give it to me for a guide or the Thursday note. Sometimes a first name if you add one. Which page you signed up on, so I send the right thing. If you take the two-minute check, which stage it put you in (early days, the middle, the rebuild) and nothing else: your answers aren't sent anywhere.

What I do with it. Send you what you asked for, then one short email a week. That's it. The emails go out through MailerLite, which stores the list for me. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works, and when you use it you're gone from the list.

What I don't do. I don't sell your email, share it, rent it, or hand it to a lawyer, a counsellor, a sponsor or anyone else. Nobody sees the list but me. I won't email you about anything you didn't ask for. If you reply to me, that stays between us.

The website. The site uses a Meta (Facebook) pixel so I can see whether the ads I pay for bring men here. It sees that a page was visited and that a signup happened; it doesn't get your email from me. The site is hosted on Netlify. There are no accounts, no logins and nothing to remember you by.

If you want to know what I've got, or want it gone. Email me at alex@betterdads.com and I'll tell you, or delete it, same day.

What this isn't. BetterDads is one man who's been through it, writing things down. It isn't legal advice, it isn't counselling, and it isn't a crisis service. If tonight's a bad one: MensLine 1300 78 99 78, any hour.
